What are the care instructions for your pillows?

The recommended care is listed in the individual product descriptions.  If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

 

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

All orders ship in 48 hours from date of purchase, excluding custom orders.

What method of shipping do you use?

All orders ship via FedEx or USPS.

What is the cost of shipping?

Pillows:  Orders to the lower 48 US states are charged per pillow. All items ship for $9.99 per item.  Additional items are $5.99 each.

Parcels shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are charged on a flat rate depending on weight.

Trays/Art:  Orders are charged based on the item.  Large trays ship for $...  Small trays ship for $...

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not accept international orders at this time.

How do I track my order?

All orders will be shipped via FedEx or USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation which includes the tracking number. All orders can be tracked at FedEx.com or USPS.com. Please allow 1-2 business days from receipt of tracking # for tracking information to become available.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

All full price items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs). If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service for a return authorization number. Customer is responsible for the return shipping. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of order.

All discounted sales are final. This includes products purchased that have already been discounted or discounted via a coupon code used at the time of purchase.

Custom orders are always final sale.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes,, please call customer service for a return authorization code and availability on new product(s).  Returning the item is at the customer's sole expense.  Once the return merchandise is returned to our warehouse, the new order will be processed. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of order. Price adjustments, as well as additional shipping costs, will be completed at the time of shipment of the new order.  Please contact customer service for details.
